Basically helpful staff. But one staff's advice was totally misleading.. let's say absolutely wrong. Fortunately his colleague corrected him and gave useful advice. Good selection of parts that you need at home for small adjustments or repairing.

They advertise that you can order online, but for me it proved to be impossible. Their main email address doesn't work. They hardly replied to my emails: I had to remind them on the phone every 2–3 days. They expect advance payment but they didn't know their own account number, and haven't replied to my email asking for it for 4 days. I'm giving up.

Bakosfa locates in 11 district close to Allee shopping mall. I really like it because I can buy everything here for small renovation around my house or flat . If you need help then you have nothing to do only ask the staffs here who are expert in every topic and they will give you a hand.
