המקום מאוד נחמד עם כל מה שצריך. הדירה נקייה ומשופצת. מיקום מעולה וכל הפרטים מומלצים. החסרון זה הקומה הראשונה אליה יש להכיע במדרגות שזה לא נורא. הבניין עצמו ישן מאוד ומוזנח. הרחוב עצמו לא סימפטי אך הדירה מצוינת.
