Simple but pro.
The boat I rented was nice. But this company is way far from being organized. I rented a boat, which was really difficult, because of communication problems. They have other companies working with them together and I was forced to make a booking with them. No phone contact, no personal contact, just a stupid email contact. All in all they didn’t do what we clearly communicated. Be carful and write everything you need on the contract otherwise they won’t do it. My party had some problems because of their poor organization. Additionally I couldn’t spend all the time On the boat which was communicated. The embarking was late and got back on the dock early. I lost about 20min which will never be refunded, from a company which wants for every single minute you book a payment.
