Recommended, although it has to be kept in mind that it is not the cheapest, but the selection does its job. Although it is not easy to pick-up your order due to the made-up process, if you read the text message carefully, you will be fine. Recommended.

Honestly, one of the best, most modern electronic product stores in Hungary. It's a huge place and it doesn't ever feel crowded. If you order your product online, there is a great system in place to get your product without any hassle. You have to use a touch screen machine to ask for the online order and within a few minutes you will get it at the counter.
Clean, bright, fresh! One of each stock item is displayed, for hands-on experience. Then u select, place order, ticket No emailed to u. U pay (at machine on wall) (credit or cash) & receive docket. Take docket downstairs, & pickup item. No shoplifting possible! Must save money, which goes to Attentive staff on the shopfloor! A refreshing change to (usual) 'can pick up box, but not open box'. And 'can't find helpful staff'. Will definitely use again.
I was impressed with this futuristic way of selling. Free parking in building, contactless payment and quick logistics. Not at least good prices.
Ordered stuff on Friday, got message the next day that they are ready for pick-up. On Sunday morning I went, in and out in less than 5 minutes, with free and safe parking. Seriously, it was the fastest service I experienced in... dunno... years, I guess. Congratulations to the team!
Really great store for Electronics, staff is very helpful and cooperative, they speak English well so no problem for foreigners too. You can order online and then can pick your order very next day, I'm satisfied with the products I bought from here.
Really nice stuff, the speak English and try to help. You can request them to tell you when the device you need arrived to the store and have 4 days to come and buy it. No money for that option.
Alza feels like shopping at an airport. The ‘store’ is actually a showroom. You have to order what you want online or at a computer in store. Then you go down to the pick up area and wait for your number. I’ve been there twice. Both times the staff was helpful. The pick up line moves fast, even when there’s a lot of people. Also, they have free (up to 2 hours, I think) garage parking. There’s a café, but it’s closed for now because of COVID. I would definitely recommend.
