I am waiting for my full cash refund since 11/04/2020 (when KLM Royal Dutch Airlines cancelled my flights). - KLM is not communicating with me (with its paying customer), only via copy and paste messages through Facebook Messenger as well as in e-mails, most of the times replies are not related to my topic. KLM should not call it \customer service\. - KLM is constantly refusing my full cash refund request that I am entitled to, referring to Regulation EC 261/2004 as well as KLM's own terms&conditions I accepted on the day of the purchase in good faith. - KLM is in breach of the law because the company missed to inform me about my rights. (Moreover, KLM sent me different and contradictious information - none of them was in accordance with EC 261/2004.) - KLM is trying to force me to accept its voucher as the only option it can offer, although EU recalled the member states that the passenger has the right to choose a full cash refund. I have refused KLM's voucher every time, it is unacceptable for me. - KLM is doing what it want - existing legislation and its customer do not matter, KLM decided to keep my money illegally.

Elképesztően kényelmetlen ülések, a távolsági járatokon is. Rossz ételek, gyakori késés. Soha többet nem szeretnék velük utazni.
Legalja légitársaság. Ócska, koszos gépek, állandó késés. A személyzet nem beszél semmilyen nyelvet. Tiszta szégyen.
