Looks like just another basic office complex .. For example, with such jingoism from WELL as creating a \universe of well being\ for office workers, they've done their homework on how to sell it .. but how it distinguishes itself from others nearby still remains unclear and first handover is in Fall 2019. Also potentially scary is planned office space for around 12 000 people - such a project is likely going to put a LOT of pressure on already taxed transportation infrastructure in that area.
Cmon... It's 00.11and they are working with machines there! 6 days a week noise from morning. I'm glad that I go to work for more than 8 hours.
