Awful patient handling. I was there for a manager screening. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. Was not even looking at me, gave me a bunch of paper to fill in but many points were unclear for me what my manager screening program includes. She got upset that I was not born with this valuable information. :) You need to pay a lot but get the same old fashion old communistic way of treatment. I will definitely go to another place next time and leave my money somewhere else.

Can't leave more than 1 star for this place. Late appointments, exams with wrong results. I highly recommend you search another place if you need a doctor or exam.

Affidea is a nightmare to deal with. 10 days weren't enough to send the email needed for registration. Without registering you can't get access to your own MRI results. Impossible to contact them by phone. Bank holiday on a Thursday? Bad luck because the whole venue is closed for a long weekend (Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun). I will definitely let my specialist know how difficult is to cooperate with Affidea and ask to refer to a different company instead.

Make sure to confirm the cost of your visit before seeing the doctor, otherwise you may have some expensive surprises. The costs listed on the website are not accurate. The service level is quite low, as is their English. DO NOT recommend to anyone who wants to feel respected and properly taken care of while receiving healthcare.

Nice and kind staff, I like here however I would recommend for doctors the learn/develop their English skills. Even receptionist ladies/technicians speak better English.

Definately not recommended. The place is cleanfancy but but the quality of actual medical service is not good. As commented by others, the reception staff need to be more courtious, empowered and trained -- they seem to be stuck in their work every now and then. Also, I feel the doctors prescribe more and expensive tests than necessary. Our test results took forever to come and had several issues in accessing the ecrypted file.

Did a simple bloodtest to find out my bloodtype and RH factor, received an email with the result, but it is encrypted and I cannot open it. Then I write an email but received no response. Super unprofessional.
