Consult with Dr Tesic with confidence. He did several surgical extractions and other cosmetic work for me, since 1997. He is very competent and he consulted with me along the way with thorough explanations of the situation, our options, and recommendations. He cares about his patients and the results. He is also multilingual and speaks good English and German. My family with four kids has used many private dentists in Canada, UK, and France. I would happily continue with Dr Tesic if I was closer to Budapest.

I went for a tooth extraction which turned into a surgical extraction. My issue was with the dentist, first of all, when she was giving me my lidocaine injection she pierced through the side of my tongue. When i told her she said my tongue was too close to my gum (?!) at this point i was like i should go home its unprofessional. I was an idiot and i stayed. When she was trying to pull the tooth she said “i have never seen a tooth like this” and she didnt seem to know what she was doing. Another bad sign.. i thought i will leave and go home with my tooth! Anyway, finally she pulled it out after a good 20minutes(!) and when it was paying time i was told there is no card reader here!!! Of course another surprise when the price of the procedure changed during the procedure(?!). There is no consultation and discussion of pricing which is again unprofessional. The price shot up from 11000 to 18000 and of course she added on two extras, 2x xray for 2000 each and a sutures for 4000. I was paying 26000huf (80gbp) and i have no idea why anybody expects me to go around with that much money, also everybody knows in hungary cash withdrawal is not free, you pay a percentage charge. Anyways, i was pretty damn disappointed, those five star reviews must be from fake. Beware. 2018.03.25.

A fogászati felszerelés modern, a higiénia kitűnő, a környezet barátságos. A kiváló értékelés ugyanakkor Dr. Kucsera Anna szakértelmének köszönhető, akinek hála a kezelések fájdalommentesen és tökéletes eredménnyel zárultak. A kezelés során a doktornő munkáját egy kedves asszisztens is segíti, ezért várakozási időt nem tapasztaltam. A szolgáltatás költsége az elvártaknak megfelelő, a helyszínen lehetőség van bankkártyás fizetésre is.

Mai napra kaptam időpontot, körülbelül egy héttel ezelőtti megkeresésemre. 10 perccel előbb érkeztem, az asszisztens hölgy -aki az előjegyzést elvégezte- meglepve konstatálta, hogy ott vagyok mivel a doktor úr már nem tartókodott bent.. Többször visszakérdezett, hogy biztos-e a mai nap, amit teljes bizonysággal támaszottam alá. Beszélgetésünkből kiderült, hogy ő hétfőre jegyzett elő, de amúgy sem tudták volna akkor elvégezni a kezelést, a hatályban lévő kormányrendeletek okán (2/2 taps). Később elnézést nem kért a kellemetlenségért, de még csak új időpont lehetőségét sem vetette fel! Kérdem én, hogy lehet így végezni egy olyan munkát, ahol a pontosság a paciensek teljeskörű elégedettsége okán kiemelten fontos? Hozzáteszem magánklinikáról van szó, az ember azért nyúl a zsebébe, hogy minél gyorsabban, a lehető legkevesebb kellemetlenséggel kapjon jó ellátást. A felsorolt okoknál fogva nem ajánlom az AAA Klinikák Dent Kft. szolgáltatásait!
