As a manufacturer company we have sent some (approx. 6 times) wood furniture with them. From this they have damaged the furniture 2 times! Compensation was insufficent (about 60%) and late (after more than 2 months), and even normal payments came after more than 1,5 months after delivery. When I forgot to pay a 2.713 HUF invoice, they tried to liquidate my company. Avoid them.

Great company, everything went very smooth
Claimed they had tried to deliver an item 4 times - this is 2 weeks later than the expected delivery date...I was at the delivery address all day for that week and received many packages from Posta and other postal services with no problems

Nem kézbesítették a csomagomat, az ügyfélszolgálaton 3 ember 3 különböző információt közölt róla, akiket persze nekem kellett hívogatnom. Senkinek sem ajánlom.

Pcland tol rendeltem, sajnos ezzel a céggel próbálják eljuttatni a termékeket a vevőkhöz pedig az egy tök jó szamtech-es bolt lenne, mindegy. Ők átadták időben a futár cégnek. Várom várom, érdeklődöm jön e, minden munkatarsuk foglalt állandóan, végül sikerült elernem egy fogyatékos nőt aki beszélni alig bírt nemhogy fogalmazni, de csak kinyogte hogy ma viszik, ma viszik! Mondom éppen ideje már! Azóta is hozzák... Olvastam az értékelésuket, hát ha ezt tudom előre most nem kéne ide irkalnom, mert meg se rendelem a terméket! Káosz, durva késések, hiányos és sérült csomagok, életveszélyes kocsik stb stb. Tróger futár cég!!!
