220volt has been my number one shop for camera gears for 10 years. The staff is well informed about the products they have for offer and you can most probably find at least one who can assist you in English. The prices are not the lowest in the city but you always have a physical shop to turn to if the item is broken, which makes the small price difference worthy.

They trick with the stock indicators then they either deliver late or never. So your money is stacked (they use it). Not fair play at all. I do not reccommend.
I wanted to print 12 photos, they failed to do it, only got 10. Always check what you have received, or even better, avoid this place at all.
I ordered some camera accessories online and arrived to this location to pick them up at the end of the day. When I walked in there were no other customers but the staff still did not acknowledge me. I stood in front of them for a few minutes before one of them finally raised their head from the computer screen. They weren't aware of the order I had placed online (6 hours earlier) and it took them a while to find it and process the charges. What should have been a quick in and out ended up being a drawn out and aggravating experience. While I am a frequent 220Volt shopper, between the unfriendly staff and very limited selection, I find this location to be the worst of them all.
Terrible customer service! Avoid at all costs if you speak English. I chose the English menu on their line to make a change to my order and the woman hung up on my face the moment I said “good afternoon”. This employee cost you an order of 100,000 HUF. I canceled with the courier and purchased it from Compker.
Good prices, nice staff. They know what they're doing.
Reasonable prices and wide range of great products.
