Nice and quiet place surrounded by forests on the small hill. When you do not want to climb up, there is a parking place on the hill, it is cca 1 km by dusty forest road, but usable for cars. There are not so many buildings of this kind in Europe, so it is unique possibility to see architecture like this. There is small meditation centre as well and few souvenirs shop. No entrance fee.

Always like coming here, the best way to get here is by the road just outside of Zalaszanto, and not the one Google Maps recommends.

Nice place to visit, and if you are not familiar people like to explain the functionality. To road to this temple is a challenge, but really recommend this.
Nice walk through the forest to get there. It can be a little crowded in the summertime,but nice and quiet during spring and autumn.
Very nice place in a very pleasant environment. Do not follow Google map directions. Sign are on the main road which takes you there. The road is gravel, but not too bad if you go slow. The road up to there is beautiful, through the forest. It is a nice stopover.
I love this place. Authentic Tibetan buddhism.
A must place to visit while touring the northern coast of Lake Balaton.... one of the largest Buddhist temples of Europe
