This is my personal opinion of Turkish Airlines in general but I write it here as I booked the flight originating in Budapest. To cut it short, the flight was delayed on the way back from Cairo, got to spend whole day sitting on the airport like homeless person (Turkish Airlines were only able to produce food stamp for one meal and 1 hour internet access). When I started claim for compensation after I got home it took airlines almost 3 months to admit they need to act accordingly and finally offered a check to get repaid but only in the offices of Turkish Airlines. Being the one closest I contacted the staff, they were very helpful but here comes another catch: Turkish Airlines have not still paid their check due to supposed to have difficulties right now with covid situation. I know for sure they are paying out the tickets for cancelled corona flights but they somehow seem to think it is legit to not compensate the flight that was delayed weeks before corona situation started. Sorry for the 1 star Budapest office but YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER PART of false airline game with their customers.

A very bad service, my mom had a booked ticket to Budapest in the morning and we went there to book another ticket for my brother at the same time to take care for her since she has health issues but (she) booked a different time for him!!!! Asking many times before leaving the office are they at the same time and the answer was yes the problem is trusting those kind of people without checking after them.
I have my personal opinion about #turkishaielines but the manager and the staff of this office were exceptionally helpful and nice when i need to solve a problem with a reservation that not even through the phone with the airline... This two girls there solve it in 15 minutes im gratefull for their help and support, not for the airline but for the staff at the office!
The lady who was in charge was very helpful. She did her best to help us.
Customer service is below any level! They are not helpful at all, they are transferring the call from one person to another, while they dont care the international call how much it costs for the customer. The telephone system is not accepting the choice, so have to call them many many times. Till now i have called them 7 times, and been on hold for 15 minutes. Turkish Airlines is not like this in other countries!

Their air staff is not pleasant and friendly. Air hostesses do not smile and are rude.
