Tokaj központjában, a Tisza-híd előtti körforgalom mellett a domboldalon áll Németi Ferenc Tokaj várkapitányának a szobra, mely felidézi, hogy az egykori hős várkapitány Tokaj várában élt és harcolt, sőt itt ontotta vérét a hazájáért 1565-ben. A szobor mészkőből faragva, 245 cm magas és 110 cm széles. A szobor emléket állít az erődépítő várkapitánynak, a magyar reformáció hithű patrónusának, zsoltárírónak és fordítónak. A szobor alkotója Csirpák Viktória szobrászművésznő. In center of Tokaj, beside the roundabout, in front of the Tisza Bridge, the statue of Németi Ferenc stands on the hill, who was a former hero of Tokaj Castle and fought in this castle in 1565. The statue is made of limestone, height is 245 cm, wide is 110 cm. It commemorates the captain who was faithful patron of the Hungarian Reformation, psalmist and translator also. The creator of the statue is Viktória Csirpák sculptor.
