WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Disgusting what they are doing with the people. We paid for the priority visa service and tried to book appointment to this company. But we didn't get, just for 2 weeks later which date is too late already. We went there today, with every prepared documents but the man was not helpful at all. During i was talking with him, about 3 people finished which is showing one person taking only a few minutes. He didn't help us at all, he just said always \come back 2 weeks later\. He doesn't care that if he is not helping now to us, my girlfriend cannot travel to her business trip. If he is a bit humane and helpful, he could do it for us. I guess it could take 5 or 10min from his life. But not... So now my girlfriend is not travelling, we need to cancel every booking. Just because of this company. Well done. They are open only one day in a week? What is this? After this incident i was talking with the reception girls and they said this is happening every day and its very uncomfortable situation for them as well, but they cannot do nothing. This TLS renting the office in that building but how they are working its shame. People are missing their's flights, travellings because of them. No phone number, no supervisor, no solution. Shame.

I paid priority service which guarantees to have the visa within 5 work days which takes longer in fact because they only work 1 day a week. The phone receptionist is very rude and cannot give me useful information.

As many already mentioned in the comments they only work 1 day a week (not every week). I paid priority service which guarantees to have the visa within 5 work days. Not only did I not get my visa in time but it according to DHL priority service it takes my passport 3 working days to arrive from Belgrade to Budapest (Traveling from Warsaw to Hungary via Moscow and Belgrade then Linz and Leipzig.) I wonder what standard service would look like. TSL informed me via email that I have applied in a temporary enrolment location and the passports cannot be collected in this location. All parcels with the passports are dispatched directly to the Customers from the Decision Making Center. Also, the cost of Priority service is in addition to the visa fee is non-refundable if the visa application is refused, or in exceptional cases, if it takes longer to process. Note that I payed more than 500 euros for the priority service. (Priority service flexi walk in help with scanning and photocopying calls to the UK to figure out appointment times). The extra fee, of roughly 30 euro, to have documents scanned was absolutely ignored. At the center they did not have the technology to do so the TLS directed me at the reception where I paid extra cash to have the documents printed. Absolutely terrible service overall. Cannot blame only TLS HU though. It's a joint effort.

Only open 1 day a week. I went in as a paid walk in and there was a 3 hour wait for the people who had appointments. I arrived at 1.45 and still had to wait about 2 hours to be seen. Expect this and bring your phone charger and snacks. There's a free toilet available. Café downstairs. If they had a vending machine they would make a killing. The setup is weird as the building is rented out to a bunch of businesses, so the reception wasn't really associated with TLS. As a walk in I was told I had to stop the visa rep the next time he came out to collect the next person and ask for permission to keep waiting. With the delay I felt really bad doing that as there was a lot of tension in the room. To my relief the visa rep was extremely calm and kind and said there would be time to see everyone who was already waiting. I was very surprised by how patient he was overall as honestly I was expecting a grumpy / stressed response, so kudos to him.

You get email updates every step of the way during your application process only thing they lack is providing the tracking number for your passport return with courier. Processing time is 15 business days but mine was actually only 6 business days ️

Worst service in my life for this cost!!!! Working only 1 day a week! 1 day Karl!!! With such service fee they should take documents directly from your home...
