We are regular visitors since 2015, and have been spending one week to ten days each year here. The house is comfortable for 8 persons. The kitchen could be a little bigger and could host a dishwasher. The beach is 600 m from here, we usually walk and sometimes ride the bike there. I highly recommend this house.
