I bought my wife's Valentine's Day gift on their website yesterday. The parcel arrived on time. Unfortunately it was not what I had purchased. Instead of a 40cm high bear of roses, I received a box of 6 roses. I tried to contact them by phone and they asked me to write an email. So far no one has deigned to answer. On my second call they told me they are too busy. Having ruined my Valentine's Day gift and being a customer like everyone else who goes to the store I think I deserve at least a response and assistance. It is the first time I have bought in this shop and it will certainly be the last. I don't recommend it.

Still waiting on a refund for damaged Rose's since February! They keep ignoring me and won't return any of my emails, even though they agreed a refund via email and arranged the collection? It looks like they control all reviews on social media and their website and make it very confusing for people to get hold of them, however if you do send an email wanting to place a new order they reply instantly. Funny that !
Scammers. I don't receive in the selected date and my anniversary was ruined. Don't make nothing with them
I like this shop. It's expensive, but it's definitely worth it. The flowers are beautiful, the staff is friendly and the location is very easy to find. If you want find the perfect gift, this is the place.
