Second emergency visit here - this time (November 6, 2020) i brought here my 3 years old nephew and with his mom. This time i didn’t go in (due to COVID measures), but again, we received very good service. The doctors the eye specialist pediatrician was extremely friendly and professional. The same goes for the assistance staff. We are grateful for their professional attitude and kindness.

Have been here both as outpatient and inpatient sadly. You have to wait a lot when you arrive first thing in the morning, so I suggest if at all possible go there for around 7am queue up. You need to show them your TAJ card and if you have not been there before, your ID and address card and they perhaps ask for your phone number too. I am not sure if staff speak English (I am Hungarian). The inpatient part is very nice. The nurses totally go out their way to meet your need. There is food as well. Depending on which department you go to, be prepared there are plenty of other people waiting to be seen.
A bit awkward cueing for foreigner who doesn't speak Hungarian. Don't understand how to get into the cue list the doctors keep calling stepping out of their rooms. The reception or security guard didn't help either. However, nice building and friendly staff and the people in the cue.

Szemklinika, gyönyörű, történelmi, mostanában felújított épületben, ahol óriási tudás áll a szemgyógyítás, a betegek láttásának javítása céljából.
A gyerek orvosok... nővérek nagyon kedvesek.A regisztráción magass urasággal volt némi fennakadás férevezetés .., hosszú nap volt emiatt.
A fiamat egy Maenschg Otto nevű orvos műtötte.Vele meg voltunk elégedve de a nővérek bunkó viselkedése elszomorító lehet hogy 5ezerért még mosolygott is volna és nem rantja fel az 5 éves fiamat hogy beadja neki a bódító nyugtatót fecskendővel mielőtt megpróbálta volna szép szóval megitatni vele.Semmi kedvesség! Annyit közölt ezek után induljunk a műtőbe.Se egy tolószék se egy segítseg hogy hol van a műtő..Nekem kellett felkutatni a nővért a kávézásból hogy végre elnavogáljon! Hivatalos levelemre az igazgató hazugságokat írt a válasz levélbe..minden másképp történt szerinte.Nem tudom van-e lejjebb ennél.LEGYETEK ÓVATOSAK!
