Perfect and nice service and delicious food! I don't know better \all you can eat\ restaurant in Budapest. (No, Trofea isn't it.. :-))

Really courteous staff and a tasty and cosy place with an absolutely amazing price. 5k HUF for two hours of all you can eat experience, including every drinks except for shots... Only downside is that minor parts of the building carry a necessary desolateness with itself due to the age of the building itself, but it's a good experience nonetheless.

Food is good, not the best Hungarian type restaurant you can find in Budapest, but decent enough for the price you pay. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I'm not sure why this restaurant doesn't get more love in it's reviews. My wife and I ate there this month and it was great. We were in Budapest for an extension before a cruise and took the Batthyány tér (Batthyány Square) metro 3 stops and walked 5 - 10 minutes to a cute square in the town. There doesn't appear to be much in that area besides the square area. Our waiter, Leslie, was very friendly. Every recommendation he made was spot on. See photos of the food attached to this review. We ate in the garden room. The catfish soup was amazing. Leslie provided some hot pepper puree on the side top add to the soup and that was great. My wife had baked trout and that was moist and plentiful. I ate chicken paprika. I was surprised in every place that served it that it wasn't spicy. In fat it was on the sweet side. Paprika can be either hot or sweet. The dessert was a \sponge cake\ but was unlike any sponge cake I've had in the past. It was amazing. I would eat there again. Oh, and I got to do a plum pálinka is a traditional fruit brandy shot with Leslie. I wasn't sure about trying pálinka is a traditional fruit brandy, however it went down smoothly.

Not the best dining experience First, we were shown to seat in the garden which is fair enough it was a nice warm evening. Nice cosy garden area to sit with lovely Hungarian features which is very nice until the first person start to smoking next to you while you trying to eat your food. Secondly, my creamed mushroom soup i make better..... my main venison stew with forest mushroom and blueberry jam which was inedible and made me feel sick and not even mention there was not a piece of venison on my plate. Very very disappointed.

Great food, very nice cakes (we had a Sacher and a diabetic Cottage cheese cake) and kind service. We had a family event here with around 25 people.

Roasted fish with baked potatoes was good 7/10. The service is above the average and place decor suits the cuisine well. Traditional Hungarian interior style. Easily reachable, though not in the downtown.

Reasonable food and a very wide menu, all at reasonable prices. The wine selection was pretty good and reasonably-priced too. The restaurant is in a square in a good and convenient location. However, the place looks very tired - as were the waiters on the night we were there: their dis-interest levels were pretty high. Summarised differently, good and typical Hungarian fare, but offering nothing special enough to have you racing back.
