I had an extremely bad experience with Medoc on Visegradi street. When i called to the clinic's number to do my appointment for gastroenterology I specifically asked for an english speaking doctor, they recommended and did an appointment to dr. Kovacs Csilla and they told me that she speaks english. When i got there in the day of the appointment the doctor didn't want to consult me, excusing herself that she speaks \only a little\ english. I mentioned that we can manage or they can have their assistant to translate, but she didn't want to consult me. I was very disappointment of this unprofessional behavior of a person that i cannot even call doctor as i mention that i have an urgent issue and she still didn't want to consult me. I had to look again for another doctor, but i lost time as i was waiting almost 2 weeks for this appointment and no one called me even to mention that the consultation will be cancelled as the doctor doesn't want to consult non-english speaking persons.

This place is a joke! The doctor recommended my husband blood test. Only when he went to the given appointment, nobody knew what they have to check. They take the blood but 17 days after nobody contacted him from the clinic to let know the results. We called today, we got a second phone number from the operator, a number what it’s off. Great job! You are playing with the life/ health of your patients! Hope will not take long till the organization supervising you, will see what kind of job you are doing. Terrible.
Till now I am fully satisfied with their services. The otolaryntologist is an expert, the dermatologist also, and I only can praise the spine specialist too. Regarding the waiting time, I received my treatment maximum in 10 minutes after my arrival. Moreover they are very glexible with the small delays if they are informed avout thatr. So 5/5
I am trying to schedule an appointment via phone since days, but the receptionist keeps hanging up the phone because I don't speak Hungarian.
Nálam minden gördülékenyen és profin máködött, a Gastroenterológia szakrendelésen Dr. Kovács Csillával maximálisan meg voltam elégedve, kifejezetten ajánlom!
Szinte azonnali idopontok, megnyugtato legkor, vegtelenul kedves es segitokesz recepciosok, profi, turelmes orvosok.
A Google többet segített, mint a bőrgyógyász doktornő..... 10 percet szánt rám és semmilyen választ nem kaptam a panaszomra.....
A héten jártam ezen a helyen,egyéb egészségügyi okokból kifolyólag. Amikor felhívtam őket szinte azonnal felvették a telefont nem úgy mint egyéb TB támogatás által igénybevehető helyeken ahol kb. fél napon keresztül hívogatom őket mire nagy kegyesen felveszik. A telefon vonal végén lévő hölgy hangja nagyon szimpatikis volt és segítőkész volt. Rögtön másnapra kaptam időpontot. A főorvos úr nagyon normális volt. Mimden kérdésemre választ kaptam.
