Vehicles with German number plates can pass without check the rest are sent to Nadlac border crossing which is more than an hours drive. No signs about that kind of restrictions before. Only when you reach the border guards who speak Hungarian only.

Was turned around by Hungarian Border control. He told us that it was a small border crossing and only Serbian, Hungarian and a few other countries could cross there. Did not honor U.S. passports, even though one of the lane signs said \All Other Passports.\ We waited over an hour before being told this. Avoid.
