Good technical knowledge, however lack of communication and quality customer service. In August I have reached out to the company for a proposal to remove and possibly re-pipe a small furnace in a fixer-upper apartment. The project manager came out, gave me some good advise and told me to expect the proposal early next week. Two weeks later I still have not heard from him, so I called. He then told me that he was on vacation and he will send me the proposal that day or the next. It never came. I know they were / are busy with large projects but as a basic courtesy if you can not take on a project then let the potential client know and not keep them waiting.

Lakàs felùjítàsunk soràn teljes fütésrendszert cseréltettünk velük, nagyon jó munkàt végeztek, nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a csapattal! :-)
