Innovative Hungarian food in French style. The service is outstanding. They speak great English so no communication problems. The staff is knowable about their wine and fantastic food and wine pairing. We went there twice during our short stay in Mad. Once for dinner and another time for lunch. Sitting outside in the garden on a May day is relaxing. Highly recommend this place.

I ate their goat vindaloo specialty, which tasted really great. Everybody was really kind, the waiters were helpful and knew the origin of the food and the wine. Highly recommended!
Kovago furmint with veal tartar, catfish, ice cream. The wine embodies the essence of furmint, at least for me: clean, hay smell, and enough tannin to tickle the inside of the cheeks. The lunch choices were perfectly suited to the hot, damp, weather; the veal light, the catfish clean and unfussy, the ice cream, just the right mix of flavours and textures. The service was, as always, punctilious; over the years, the waiter's Englis has improved much more than my Hungarian.
