My colleague and I were waiting for our packages during the given time slot at our work but the delivery guy just would not show.... We called him and he said he was there earlier but could not get a parking spot... I told him that we have a huge open and presently empty parking place right in front of our building and if he did not find us he could have given us a call.... For this he could say nothing but promised to be there by 4 (3 hours after expected delivery time). We were just waiting and waiting but he still wouldnt show up... We tried to reach him on the phone again, but his phone was turned off...We had to close the workplace up and needed to leave, so we gave a call to the call center where a girl informed us that the delivery guy stopped working for the day and went home... Really? And he just left us there waiting? We could not believe it! We needed our packages for the weekend! The girl did not seem too sorry nor apologetic but finally arranged for us to have the stuff delivered to another address by the next day. I finally received my package; the delivery guy was different, he was fine...But my colleague had a guy arrive to her house and say: OOps... I left the package at the Depo...! I will deliver it next week... Seriously? What kind of service is this?!??!!!!

Good courier, professional and with a friendly Customer Service
They did a v ery good job, even during christmas time and the pandemic. The delivery man was polite, looked neat, i felt my package was safe with him. The email prior the exact date was confusing since it was sent around 11 pm and refered to the next day as \ today\ and the sms never arrived, but the emails were clear enough the delivery was on time. Id recommend them to anyone.
