Great Hungarian food and home-brewed beers. Portions are huge, prices are reasonable, outdoor seating and polite staff. I had the pork knuckle with sauerkraut which was tasty and generous in proportion. My partner had beef cheek which was beautifully served. Good place to grab a beer and enjoy some proper meat.

First, it's recommended to go there with a reservation because the place gets very busy. Nice environment with well behaved waiters. I had an amazingly medium rare steak and a very tasty pork rösti.

Hit and miss. Venison was dry but pork knuckle looks decent. Burger to local taste.

We had takeaway burgers and mulled wine yesterday - both were awesome. Would come back again if in Eger. Support your local resraurants in this time of crisis.

This restaurant is at the center of Eger. We sat at the outside area so it was really nice, we had nice weather and all, and the food was controversial, my friend's grilled chicken was horribly over baked and dry like hell. On the other hand, my chicken (stuffed with ham and camambert) was amazing and the salad was delicious too. It's not a cheap place, the prices are between 2000-5000 ft, but the courses are huge. Also we had to wait a lot for everything and the waiters weren't really coordinated. But I would totally eat there again.

Great place to go with a large group of people. Expect traditional meals and huge portions. Good selection of beers and spirits. And the service was very professional!

Great food at affordable prices. The food portions were massive and had plenty of taste. Service was excellent by all staff. The local brewed beer was some of the best I have tasted in Hungary. Definitely worth a visit
