The place is fantastic! We had a great time with my family. The only thing I can pick on is the food. The quality is inconsistent and half of the menu wasn't available at 15:00 , and for dinner it was only pizza 1 item out of 20. We had some quality hand made pizza and one of them was a premade frozen one half the size as the orders. Pay attention for the food part and you'll be a 5* place in no time. Friendly staff and friendly people around.

Very nice experience, relaxing, sauna was great but they should really do something about the couples who get way too intimate in the water. It really kills all the relaxation and leaves you with a bitter taste. Also, there are many kids there. I am not a parent but if I was I would totally not want to expose my kids to the gross stuff that some people do in the water

Overtly expensive, shocked by the prices. I expected something out of the ordinary on the inside, but apart from 5 indoor and 3 outdoor slides, it is an average, old-style Hungarian thermal spa, the likes of which can be found all over the country for half the admission costs. Despite this it is crowded even on a Thursday, and it was difficult to find a good spot with sun and shade. There's no grass, it is uncut weed everywhere. We tried to compensate with a virgin mohito, but even that was tasteless and warm.

Great (fantasy-movie-inspired) atmosphere, and the price is reasonable for the level of experience (including the prices at the bar where you can order a drink while in the thermal water). The long tunnels with 90cm-deep thermal water at about 33 degrees C offer a great (and scenic) opportunity for long swims even for beginners. On weekends, rather crowded, of course. Haven't tried the outdoor part, there are plenty enough things to enjoy indoors.

It's something unique that you have to try if you're traveling in Eger region. 100% recommended for any age!

Rude staff, dirty place - smelled like urine in the changing rooms. Was quite busy and noisy inside (people shouting and kids screaming) so we only lasted 20 minutes there. Looks quite dated. Inside pools are just a normal swimming pool and could not find any way to get to the outside pools. Definitely not worth the 12000Ft entry.

Terrible experience, too expensive, too busy, too dirty, staff rude, too noisy. Just a normal swimming pool

Beautiful place. Unfortunately some sharp thing cut my heel open and it was bleeding pretty badly. Cleaning lady sent me another person, that person sent me another one. They kept trying to avoid any help. Finally once the a nice red line was already on the floor, the man in the locker room went for a band-aide and he just tossed it to me. :D I think some first aid procedure should be thought to them... Also, the first aide room was closed. Nobody anywhere.... Sad experience in such a beautiful place
