More than 3 months ago, I made order, following instructions on store's website. After a month, I have sent few messages on site, email, but no response. Then, I made contact trough Fb, where after many days I got response that they do not have items and they need 2 weeks more. Nothing happen so after 2months I asked to have money back, cause order supposed to be a gift. I have sent my bank details and got response that it will cost them a lot, so I will get over a post. Nothing happen, so I asked again, another promise took place that refund will be done yesterday.Guess what!? Nothing happen. So, what kind of respect towards client this is? I never thought I will have this kind of experience!

Tegnap ott voltam, nem volt nyitva 14.00. kor.
Barátnőm rendelt ajándékként nekem egy Hollywood Undead-es pólót és bár segítőkésznek tűntek de nem szakadtak bele a segítőkészségbe. Küldtek neki 3 fajta pólót amiből barátnőm kiválasztotta azt ami véleménye szerint a legjobban tetszett volna nekem. Igazából ezt el is találta nagyon. Meg is rendelte és nem, hogy a 3-ból jött volna az egyik póló hanem egy 4. változatot kaptunk. Miután a kedvesem jelezte, hogy mi a probléma mondták, hogy jelezni fognak ha megjön az általa igazából rendelt termék. Március elejére ígérték a visszajelzést. Azóta is várunk. Tiszteletet megadva a bolt felé.. direkt nem vettem fel a pólót a Hollywood Undead koncertre, hogy véletlenül se piszkoljam be és ezáltal káruk keletkezzen. Nem ajánlom senkinek, hogy itt vásároljon.
