The deposit was not refunded within the time frame stated by the contract (45 days, quite a long time). Emails about this issue were mostly ignored. Upon the renovation of the dorm, they promised all our belongings will be safe - they were not. The dorm lost all of my kitchen belongings, pillows, an iron and much more. It took them weeks of searching to finally admit they cannot find it and give me appropriate compensation. Other tenants also had similar issues. Unprofessional.

Very sad about my stay here. Was a good place when it was owned by Milestone, but since this Hungarian company took over it became the same as the rest of the renting places. Once you move out they don't reply and they take a lot of time to return your deposit. Also beware the deposit document you sign at the end already states they expect you to have done damage to the apartment, so expect deduction.
Although the building and most reception staff are quite nice, the managerial policy is very questionable at best. They are, as of this moment, over two weeks late (per the signed contract) to return the deposit after moving out (and its a domestic transaction so it should be processed within the same or next day). Even after being reminded, it is taking them days to initiate the transaction. Everybody makes mistakes, but not even showing the slightest effort to quickly correct them is just not tolerable. There should be no funny business with finances (I suspect they are probably delaying because they are using the money for financial market business). They even set the mail where they establish the amount to be deducted to have an expiration so you don't have proof about when they must legally repay you - it is a very deliberate scheme. Also while I was there nobody followed any COVID measures (but that might have changed).
Such a wonderful place to stay in. I feel as I'm in my home. So clean,tidy and comfortable. Above all people here are so kind. Thank you so much Dean's college hotel.
Lovely, modern environment, not too crowded, easy to get to the nearby restaurants or to the Danube. My personal favorites in the buildings are the gym and the rooftop with breathtaking Budapest view and social place to drink your own wine with friends. The room was modern with private bathroom, perfect for students or business people on the way because the useful study tables and comfortable gamer chairs.
Stayed in it for 3 years so far. Very convenient due to its proximity to the university. The fact that the room is "self-sufficient" for a dorm (meaning that it contain personal kitchen, and bathroom per student) is also quite nice. The amount of community area is satisfying. Overall it's quite good.
A beautiful new hotel in the center of Budapest. In the room there is a kitchen area which I really loved! The hotel has a rooftop and a gym that can be used any time for free! Highly recommended.
Dirty windows and useless smelly fridge. It's a little harder to get inside. I slipped in with a courier :D The doors can be opened only by card and there is no door bell. No hot water flows in the evening! I had to shower in the cold :( At least the receptionist was nice. Update: hot water is back. Thanks for answering.
