Cozy coffee shop and roastery. Prices are very reasonable, had one of my favourite shot of espresso here. Unfortunately they don't serve filter coffee. Their beans are also very much recommend for home baristas.
A roaster, grinder, Batista, and all the essential ingredients of a dedicated coffee outlet. My companion confirms the best coffee we had in the city, and she has a masters in food science, and works in the industry.
Bought some beans here (freshly ground) to use on our trip and they were good, would definitely be back if we were in the area.
The shop was actually already closed, but the La Marzocco was still heated up, so he prepared me literally the BEST Cappuccino I‘ve ever had! Being kind of a coffee-geek myself I highly recommend the Coop Roastery. Next time I‘ll take some of his beans home, that‘s for sure.
