Service is fast and friendly. If you make an appointment in English the email states you have to look for your booking ID as line number, but this is incorrect, instead you need your order ID for this. Service is done in English, payment by card and results are sent to you in English and Hungarian. My results came in about 13 hours - I went at 0800 in the morning. The only reason I give this three stars is because the employees at no point asked for my identification to confirm who I said I was.

Fast service, the result came back approximately 12 hours after. Also the sample taken from the throat only, so there’s no unpleasant nose swab. I arrived earlier and they called me at the last minute of my 15-min time frame, but it’s okay. If you want to have the certificate in English, it’s free of charge. Recommended!
I didn't notice that the confirmation says you'll be called within 15 minutes of your appointment time, so I came 10 minutes early and spent 25 minutes waiting in the cold. So keep that in mind. But everything was fine inside. Did the test at 17:17, received the results at 6:30 the next morning.

Ma voltam tesztelésen a Westend-nél, és ér 5 csillagot a szolgáltatás. Várakozni nem kellett, az adott időben hívtak be és 5 percnél nem is lehettem bent tovább. 15 percen belül jött is a mail az előzetes eredményről, és a hivatalos 2 nyelvű tesztet is 1-2 órán belül megkaptam.
A nagypapámat vittem el, mert szüksége volt két PCR tesztre, hogy hazamehessen az otthonba. Húsvéthétfőn a Ferdinánd híd alatt, másnap a Komjádi Béla utcában voltunk. Az eredmények jóval 15 órán belül megérkeztek. A nagypapám vak, így kicsit nehézkes volt a közlekedés a raklap lépcsős konténer, vagy a Komjádi Béla utcai házban a szintén furán magas lépcsőfokok miatt, de megoldottuk. Hívhattuk volna házhoz is őket, de a nagypapa nagyon szeret kimozdulni, és nem riad meg a kihívásoktól sem. :) Mindkét helyen nagyon kedvesek voltak velünk, persze egy 96 éves vak emberrel nem nehéz kedvesnek és megértőnek lenni, de mindenesetre a nagypapa tesztjei negatívak lettek, a tapasztalatunk viszont pozitív volt!
Össze vissza hívták be az embereket, én konkrétan be sem jutottam, mert a kiírt sorszámom alatt más ment be. Ilyen igazi boxos kés dobáló. Senkinek sem ajánlom, főleg ha picit is időhöz van kötve. BP. Ferdinánd híd alatti teszt konténer.
