I'm sure they have improved their service after all those bad mouthing reviews. There are at least two English speaking staff available and she helped me very well. The other guy on the next desk also dealt with international customer and was doing a good job. Yes wait time was kinda long, about 40mins but in that case I brought a mini computer so that I can work on another project. Things were handled efficiently after my number was called out and I had my contract done in 20mins. I'm happy with the service, you just need to get prepared for the service you want to purchase and wait time.

I spend 30000 huf in August and September for mobile internet and I sill don't have it. More than 20 times I spoke with call center (now they dont call you back anymore) and I send 10 emails, but they still not refund me this amount. I am so disappointed about everything, but especially because nobody cares about you, thay just saying "sorry you need top up your balance to have internet". So seems like 30k top up was not enough. So angry and disappointed the worst service ever!!!!! Never have to deal with telekom if you care about your nervous system!!!!

Very unfriendly welcome. 2 customers for 5 employees and a broken system (to manage the dispatch). Still nobody makes any signal, so after waiting 10 min I turn to one idle salesgirl and ask. What an unfriendly gaze she gave me. I must wait until she calls me. 10 other min already waiting and still 2times more staff than customers. I would rather go; need to stay though. Review note 1.8 totally deserved!

The worst experience ever! Hardly anyone speaks English! They only create problems instead of working properly! They don’t know the system! I am shocked!

Staff couldn't care less. Wouldn't look at us in the eyes, always looking down. Could barely hear them or understand them as everything was mumbled. Terrible customer service

The service they provide is deteriorating. They make you going back and forth, as the staff is not trained properly to complete simple tasks. They make unprofessional jokes though. Disappointing...
