Very nice Hungarian style restaurant, reasonable prices, good cooking, some traditional recipes, quick and polite serving. Recommended for a Sunday lunch as well as for friendly gatherings!

They understand English, that's amazing in Budapest. Also the menu is in English and other languages. Portions are huge and the prices are low. We also loved cherry juice and lemonade.
The food was very good, we were a bit surprised that they don't have menu in english since the restaurant is close to the castle, but the waiter was very nice and translated everything for us.
Chose this place at random because it was wet and miserable outside and of course because we were hungry. What a find! Great food at a reasonable price. I had the chicken with pineapple, very tasty indeed! Will visit this restaurant when in Budapest again.

If anyone is ever in Budapest, you need to eat here. The most wonderfull, original dishes are served. I love the ambiance and friendly personal. Top restaurant.
I got here with my friends by accident. To be honest we decided to get in because we saw that you can get goulash soup and chicken in paprikash in a very good price. The soup was delicious, the main course was fine. Maybe it was not my favourite taste, but it was OK and very well served. The staff is very nice here and what suprised us the most is that we received a free dessert! We appreciate it a lot and we would like to thank you for your hospitality and kindness!
