Took my non-working watch for a repair. The watchmaker immediately opened it to check. Waited 10 minutes hoping to get a date when the watch will be ready, but got back a working watch!!! Very nice shop, customer service is above expectations! Will never even consider going elsewhere...

Guys were on time with there service and everything appears to be working well. Not cheap, but neither are higher end watches. Would use again if i had to to fix/service my watch.

Fraud. When you bring your Rolex for a 1200 Euro service. You would expect that your watch is working. After paying 1200 Euro the reserve of my watch is not functioning anymore. I guess they only just polished the watch....

This is the best service place in Budapest. Customer service was excellent. They explained me everything in a very detailed way. I took there my Longines La grande classique watch. They are all very good professionals just compared to official Longines service which is the worst I have ever seen. Please don't take your watches to Millenium Center. Take them to Sas utca 21. I am sure you will be very satisfied.

Left the place with a dissapointment. Either changing the battery was not something service is interessted to do, maybe my watch was not expensive enough, but I was told that all people who were at that moment could not open my watch. I got an explanation that because of dirt in between cover and corpus they can not open and close the watch without damaging the glass. And when I asked what do you suggest me to do, they said that every service will say you the same. Guess what. NOT. It took not more than 5 min to change the battery in other place. The biggest disappointment came from the explanation WHY they were not able to change it and no suggestions HOW to solve the problem. So, according to them, the end of battery life is the reason to throw 300 Euro watch to garbage
