The food tasted great, and the staff was very nice and spoke decent English. I didn't like the fact that the food was served on plastic plates and with plastic cutlery. The decor was interesting to say the least, but quite typical for a Thai place, so that's not something to complain over. Overall a good experience if you want to get something good and quick, but not necessarily the most grand dining experience
Is it the best Thai restaurant in Budapest? Maybe, but I've had way better thai food outside of Budapest. It's mediocre when it comes to Thai food. Tom Yum was more creamy then usual. You can't pick a spice level. In fact, I ordered the Tom Yum and Pad Thai and there was no spice at all.
After a few hours of soaking in the thermal bath, there is nothing better than eating some delicious Thai food. ️Food here warmed my tummy and their hospitality touched my heart. I am Thai, and this place is authentic. I order som-tum (papaya salad) and larb gai (chicken salad with lemon, Thai spices, and herbs) and everything was great. Plus, P’Montha, the owner, was so sweet. The combination of great food and warm welcome made me feel as if I were back in Thailand. To all Thai friends, I recommend this place. Stop by if you come to Budapest and really miss the burn feeling from Thai chillies. This place will not disappoint you. คนไทยรักกันค่ะ
A wonderful little Thai restaurant that hasn't disappointed me once when I've been. The 3 starters that I have tried (Chicken Spring Rolls, Tempura Prawns and Fish Cakes) have all been some of the best starters I've had. It's so reasonably priced as well: you can have a starter, main and drink for under 8-9 euro and with it all tasting fresh & authentic.
Food is authentic and trying the curries is a must. Ask for Thai extra hot to get that burst of spicy flavor
Friendly English speaking workers. Reasonably priced. The flavor was a little different than the Thai restaurants I am used to in the United States, but the food was good and they made it fresh.
Amazing and quality fresh food with clean restaurant. Love it!
