They announce that they provide door-to-door service at home or elsewhere. Well, I can tell you that for the past year or so, this is no TRUE. It was getting harder and harder to arrange easy and convenient time for the pick-up and deliver. They provide door-to-door service but on their own time not the clients' needs.
