I work 10-12 hours a day in front of a computer, without taking any breaks. I had terrible back pain after a while. I found Ildiko and she came to my home, she created a personal plan for me, after 3 weeks my back pain was gone and has not come back to this day. Amazing experience, I highly recommend Ildiko, she is the perfect private yoga teacher!
Vielen Dank, Ildiko. Ich arbeite sehr viel und komme nie dazu Yoga itgendwo hinzufahren für Yoga meinen Yoga Unterricht. Umso mehr bin ich dankbar, dass Ildiko zu uns kam und den Yoga Unterricht bei uns zu Hause macht. Sehr zuverlässig und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt mit Iidiko. Sie hat mir gezielt Übungen gezeigt, um meiner schlechten Köperhaltung entgegenzuwirken und mich mit ihrem grossen Knowhow als auch mit ihrem Einfühlungsvermögen voll und ganz überzeugt!
