I was at a concert event, and the organization was like there hadn't been any. After the concert was over, we tried buying drinks three times. The first two times we were informed that they closed right at the moment we got to the bar, but at some other bars you can still order. Needless to say that by the time we got to the next one, that was already closed. And this all happened inside an approx. 20 minute time window after the concert was over. At the second time we stood through a long \line\ (or more like a crowd pushing each other) only to find in the end that they are just closing. They should at least have told this earlier. There are much smaller venues in this city that are way more professional in events, this arena could really learn from them. Other than this, there were other details where I had this same feeling that whoever is managing the staff and services, should really not pursue a career in event management, since they have no idea what they are doing. One can see the great business opportunities given that in the area where thousands of people attended an event there are no pubs, restaurants or anything. They could make a lot of money with the very cheap and low quality products they offer for a very high price. Seemingly they are only interested in cashing in the rental fee from the events and then want to go home. All in all, I tried to enjoy a very great show, and even though it was excellent, it was hard to not let the venue itself ruin my evening.

Great arena. it's not cold, neither does it get too hot inside. the toiletts are clean, prices are fair. You really MUST sit if you have a seating ticket (this was a bit of a disappointment for me because I really wanted to move around to the backstreet boys) otherwise the experience was good. very helpful staff.

Such a great venue for all sorts of events. It has a lot of toilets, which are clean and are always fully stocked! The arena itself is also very comfortable and clean. Its always quite easy to get to the arena either by public transport or by car with plenty of parking spaces! Food and drinks are over priced, but that is to be expected!

Been at the Rod Stewart concert at the Budapest Sportarena and it was great. The location it self is good, close to the city center (but requires transportation), the place has several entrances so it was easy to go in and fairly quickly we were inside.

One of the superb places I've been in Budapest, where international concerts were held. The venue was acoustically designed, easy small seats on the left and right side were foldable and tedious.
