We had an appointment this day with Doctor Hegedus Eva, for a renewal of the prescription for a French patient, elderly and disabled, who has great difficulty for walking, who has benefited from the same treatment for 10 years. We arrived 15 minutes late, having taken 30 minutes to find the entrance. Doctor Hegedus Eva refused to take care of her because of our delay, referring us to the emergency room of a public establishment, which does not speak French, and which we couldn't reach because she was too tired. Thanks to your doctor, now she has no medicine. This behavior is unacceptable and unworthy from a eal\ doctor. It's a real shame. A doctor who refuses to treat a patient, I've never seen that.

The staff was beyond friendly, I really felt taken care of. The doctor's bedside manner was exceptional - she explained everything, making sure I knew what is going to happen to me. There were no unexpected fees, I didn't have to wait, the receptionists were all very nice. All in all, if you have to go to a hospital, I would choose this one!

We called to make an appointment for a vitamin IV which is something I regularly get in California if I need an immune system boost or kick a cold faster. We made an appointment over the phone but were not informed that it was going to take a doctor consultation to get an IV. Finally they proceeded with the IV, but I questioned the content because it was completely clear and most Vitamin C IVs are yellow. They said this was their vitamin IV but wouldn't give more information. While I was getting the IV the doctor came in to ask health questions and deemed the IV appropriate. While the IV was going I could overhear the nurses discuss their private life and repeatedly letting each other know when they were going for a smoke. Once the IV was done I went to pay. I paid for my IV then one of the girls whispered to the checkout girl and they informed me that I have to pay an additional 22,000 HUF for the 5 minute doctor visit in addition to the IV price. No one told me ahead of time of the cost of the doctor consultation nor was I informed of its necessity when I booked the appointment over the phone. I would avoid this questionable place where they try to pull a fast one on you.

Ilyen kimagasló ellátásban eddig még nem részesültem, úgy éreztem magam, mint egy hotelban, nem pedig kórházban. A teljes személyzettel elégedett vagyok. Műtétre jöttem, mindenki profin végezte a munkáját, dr. Brubel Réka nőgyógyász orvost ajánlom másoknak is, empatikus, megbízható, jó szakember. Az ápolók figyelmesek, kedvesek, odafigyelnek a betegekre. Tisztaság van mindenhol.

Góckutatásban roppant segítõkész volt a klinika, Dr. Medveczki Zoltán vezette végig esetemben a folyamatot, szintén Õ mūtött lézerrel problémás torokmandulával. Teljes mértékben meg voltam elégedve a klinika szolgáltatásaival, 1 éjszakát bent töltve mindenben segítettek, folyamatosan szemmel tartottak a kedves kollégák, adatokat vettek, italt és ételt hoztak (még diétára, érzékenységre is odafigyelnek!), amikor csak kellett. Minden doktor és ápoló késõ este, kora reggel is mosolygós és segítõkész volt. Kellemes szobák, fürdõvel, televízióval, szekrénnyel. ( Találkoztam két mūtött leányzóval, akik szintén nagyon meg voltak elégedve, láttam ahogy a Doktoruk, ápolók folyamatosan nézték az állapotukat.) :)

Nem kellett sokat várnom. Mindenki nagyon kedves és rendes volt, kivéve a doktornőt. Valami hihetetlenül lekezelő, arcátlan, bunkó stílust adott elő, amilyet még ritkán tapasztaltam. Azzal kezdte, hogy a vérnyomásmérés után megtagadta, hogy közölje velem az eredményt. Úgy érzem, jogom lett volna hozzá, ahogy a kultúrált kommunikációhoz is. A magánéleti és egyéb frusztrációnk ügyfeleken való kiélése egy kisábécé eladóitól sem elfogadható, nem egy ilyen helyen. Tanulni kéne egy kis ügyfélközpontúságot, mert ez így nagyon amatőr...
