Lukács Ékszer MOM accepted some of my jewelry for repairs including a diamond solitaire that was loose in it's setting, and needed the claws repaired. After the initial repairs, I had to take the ring back as the stone was still loose and following the second repair they had still not managed to fix it. When I complained that they accepted the ring for repairs twice, for which I had to pay twice, surely they must guarantee their workmanship, if they accept, and agree to repair something. Their response was that they did not manufacture my ring, therefore they can only offer a guaarantee if they actualy make the ring for me from scratch, which they are very happy to do. Basically they were unable to repair several claws, therefore I should have the whole ring remade by them! Imagine if we were told that each time we take our car in for service! One star is far too generous but I was unable to post this reveiws with zero stars.

Sokat nézelődtünk, tanakodtunk rengeteg kérdésünk volt. De ez a családi hagyományokon alapuló ékszerüzlet mindennel dacolva ;) parádésan kiszolgalt minket és igényeinket is!! Aki mást mond nem ért az ékszerekhez. ( Tag Heuert nem viszek Rolex szervízbe;)) Rugalmasság, profizmus es emberi értékek a kiszolgálásban!! We went there with my fiancee. Had to look through many segments and classes of rings. But the time past fast as they were very kund open to all our desires and they were more than helpful. Family feeling, ain't no arrogance... people who have posted here do not know h*t about jewellery traditions. They are a family owned and run busniess, top notch!!! Any time again!!! A service.
