Well, it was a bit odd. It shows up in a Google search as being an Ethiopian restaurant, and it is decorated with such a theme, but this is certainly not an Ethiopian restaurant. Coming from Washington DC, which has a very significant Ethiopian population, I'm well familiar with the cuisine and culture, which was why Lalibela (named for the famous stone churches in Ethiopia) caught my attention. But you will find no Ethiopian food here. This is an all you can eat cafeteria serving pretty traditional Hungarian dishes. Not bad, and inexpensive, but nothing to go out of one's way for.

They serve Ethiopian food but the injera is not made from teff . The place is big and clean.great service.
