Exceptional customer service and stunning dresses. The ladies there took an excellent care of me and accommodated my crazy appointment requests all the time as I was traveling between Dublin and Budapest all the time. I had the most beautiful dress I could wish for and I received the nicest compliments. Thank you so much for making my day even nicer.

Terrible service, AVOID! I tried to make an appointment to buy a wedding dress and they said I have to pay 35 euros non refundable to enter their store basically. Extremely terrible service particularly as their website quotes \Our prize-winning salon is completely free of charge! \ I challenged the above and Ilona said it is because they are very busy. If you carry on trying to make money of potential future clients like this, I am sure you wont be busy for much longer. I think you forget you are busy because of your current and future clients- maybe learn to treat them better. At the end of the day I would have been there to by a dress and spend money on you. Very poor and pretty embarrassing all in all for a store that pretends to be high class!
