Our programs aim to help high school students in finding their next step after their graduation. We do this with the help of young professionals who are managing mentoring sessions, company-visits and attending events with their mentees. Our aim is to have a positive impact on society by connecting people, networks and interests. :: THE MENTOR PROGRAM :: The Mentor program connects high school students with young professionals who already work in a particular field, and who can provide first hand experiences to aid a choice of career path. Every student gets a mentor who will support them during the 6 months program in finding the most suitable career choice. The mentors are not necesserly come from a career field of interest of the student. Since our main goal is to show them an overall perspective of their options. The work of all mentors are guided by a professionally compiled mentor handbook enriched by the practical experiences of the past year. The semesterlong process is divided into 7 phases from selfknowledge to attending university and an internshiptype day of work experience through the final decision.
