On the first day after new year the selection was mixed: some fresh-looking, beautiful roses; tulips were not as inviting. Service was OK but not top-notch, it seemed the lady did not appreciate that I tried to colour-match the rose I selected with other flowers, also she did not bind together the two pieces I selected and forgot to add the little sachet that needs to be added to the water to preserve the flowers longer.

The flowers were great. But the handling of the order was not acceptable. The flowers were ordered about 2 months before. An offer with an price was made and accepted. One day before we wanted to catch the flowers the shop owner wrote us that he wants to have 5000Ft. more dann in the offer. That is an inacceptable handling of an order. We took the flowers only because there was no time to organize flowers from somewhere else and we needed it for a foto shooting. The shopkeeper did not want to see that he was wrong and even blamed us as not florists. We should know that special flowers are more expensive. He could have informed us at least in time about the price increase and should have asked if we agree with it.

Bementem, és meglepetés várt. Rendkívül szimpatikus kiszolgálás és kínálat volt. Nagymamamnak vettem egy csokor virágot, rettentő boldog volt az ajándéknak.

Szépek a virágok, picit drága az áruk. Szépen kötnek és kedvesek, habár néha úgy érzem a \zöldet kér hozzá\ kérdést a néni nem úgy érti ahogy egy virágüzletben kéne. De ez belefér a hangulatba.

Tegnap jártam az üzletükbe. Valóban óriási a választék. Türelmes, kedves kiszolgálás. Nagyon tanácstalan voltam, mert ajándékba vettem kerti virágot, kérdéseimre meg kaptam a szakszerű választ. Így sikerült a sok virág közül választani
