I just asked for one wheel change for the luggage. Price was 8500ft. After that I couldn't ask anything else.
I took two my bags. One of them they have repaired in 2 minutes (had a problem with the puller) and were nice to give advices how to handle it in the future. It was very cheap. The other bag needs a wheel change and they offered either to change it to a regular one (which takes a few hours) or order a branded wheel from the producer. I chose the second option which takes longer. Now I'm waiting for the result and based on the will update my review. They were kind and even funny and give enough details to be able to make my decision. Finaly they solved the problem which took for month. Since they warned me prior it can take for a while and due to the kindness and the final solution they deserved the 5 stars.

Horrible expensive. Even they took it 1000huf for someone’s carrier open it. I can do that too (youtube can tell you everything!!!) That’s why I wouldn’t give them too. I will be able to fix it myself.
Far too expensive and I did not get the receipt! :(
