The Hungarian Audiovisual Producer’s Association (HAPA) is the industry body that represents Hungarian independent film, television music and new-media producers on all issues affecting the business and creative aspects of production. HAPA members include television, feature film, animation, documentary, commercial film and interactive media producers and production companies. Main objectives of HAPA: Objective of public utility: - cultural activity, - to protect the cultural heritage particularly: To represent and protect the creative and business interests of the television-, film- and music producers working in the Hungarian audiovisual culture. To satisfactorily rank and proportion the Hungarian audiovisual works (films, music, television) in the Hungarian media. To preserve the goodwill- and artistic value of the Hungarian audiovisual art.
