11000 huf and a very simple cut. The back looks like as if I had cut it myself with left hand. Two sides are different, defined horizontal lines at the back. I also have issues in the front, too short fringe that I didn’t ask for. I only realised one day later how bad it was since blowdrying covered the uneven parts after the cut. I thought, ok I can cover it with accessories while it grows out, but then at the end of the day, that’s not what you expect after a fresh haircut. I called the salon, asked for a correction but they referred me to the hairdresser who ruined my hair in the first place. I obviously didn’t trust her anymore, but the salon refused to offer any other solution. The Hajas brand does not take responsibility for their workers and the quality of their work. For this reason only I wouldn’t recommend choosing this salon because you may or may not get lucky, but that’s true in any other salon for the fraction of the price. Very bad experience.

keratin treatment that was supposed to last for three months and ended up lasting for two weeks. I used all the expensive products they soled me. And they gave me a shockingly uneven haircut. I was told this later by a different stylist who took a picture from the back and showed me how lopsided it was.
I have been there two times. The first barber I booked was very good, she cut them exactly how I wanted and she had suggestions. Today I booked online a barber, I arrived, I got another one. It took 20 minutes to make him do the hair shorter on the side and on top he did nothing if not thin the hear. And the whole thing lasted more than 1 and 20, every time I was saying something, he acted like he understood and do something different. If you don't speak English just ask. Furthermore he seemed completely inexperienced and afraid to cut. I made it clear when I was paying, I complained about the cut. And the only thing they said was -sorry, our mistake. You had the other hairdresser-. I paid the full price (the one of a salon master, can't believe it). That is how you run a business? And it is suppose to be one of the best barbershop in Hungary. Mediocre.
amatour hairdressers.. i asked for master stylist .. got a begginer.. big time disapointed:(
I had highlights and a cut a the salon and turned out really well. The price was reasonable also. Would highly recommend this salon to visitors and tourists.
I called this morning to agree on how much the cut would be, after the cut (this afternoon, so only few hours later) they charged me 2x the agreed price. When I asked how could this be, they told me, the person who I spoke to on the phone must have told me the wrong price (you don't say....) and this is the final price, so I have to pay this. Without causing a scene I payed it, but am never going back. Btw the cut wasn't something tricky, it's 2cm all around, without no special product used...

Don't go!!!!!!! They charged me 30.000 ft. to get my really short hair dyed - no cut. ! I wanted the same colour that I walked into the salon with (he suggested a simpler way to get the same colour - would not require bleaching) The Hajas salon had done it previously (same guy) for 16.000k (also very expensive!). Well, the hairdresser could not get the colour right, (dyed my hair 3x times, ruined it) and charged me double!!! Isn't that great customer service for you....
