Laci, the owner, was very friendly from the beginning and also straightforward regarding repair time and prices. He also set my expectations from the beginning, so I knew what to expect from the work. I was very pleased with the work, the service, the price and processing time. He also speaks English, which is a big plus for a foreigner. I have recommended the place to friends of mine and will continue to do so with others as well. 5/5

The repairer guy or the owner he was always complaining about the work load he has and the rent he is paying for his shop, and creating a stories why he's in delay of fixing my bicycle , first he told me on Monday it will be ready! Unfortunately wasn't on Tuesday the same I went to the shop to see the progress, so he start to say stories that it was difficult to take the steering out and he asked help from other people so maybe on Wednesday it will be ready, I don't want to know what is going on with you I want my bicycle to be fixed!! So at the end I decided to go for more transparent shop, and he was totally fine even didn't put effort to keep me. I highly don't recommend this place!!

Came there to borrow a spanner to change my pedals, the shop SEEMED a bike friendly place, I always join event such as Critical Mass or I bike Budapest and I believe there is a sense of friendship among all bikers. The owner was really rude and asked for money to change pedals!!! (Changing pedals requires less than 2 mins and I wanted to do it alone just borrowing their spanner) Never happened in my life... of course I tighten back the pedal which they started to unscrew, and went away really disappointed. If that’s the way they work, would never leave my bike for a repair.. this way they got a bad review and lost a customer (as I live close by I would have used the shop sooner or later for normal paid services - after this experience they won’t see me anymore). After this experience I would not recommend this place, at least if you are a foreigner, maybe with locals they would just act differently.
