Had a lovely meal here on their nice clean terrace. The prices are higher, let that be clear. However, the quality of the food and service is worth it. I would have liked a bit more rice with my main, but my partner thought it was just the right amount as they were generous with the amount of meat in the meal. I would come back here for a special occasion because the quality of the meal was great! Would recommend even with the higher prices.

We were in the mood for some Mediterranean food and came across Taverna Dionysos. The exterior look very nice so we decided to pop our head inside. The inside was spectacular. We ordered the lamb chops, eggplant, greek salad, chicken soup and grilled calamari. I don't know why I didn't have high expectations but when the food came, I was blown away. It was absolutely delicious. My son (8), who is a very picky eater, tried everything (a rarity). The service was great and the staff friendly. Definitely try the local beer they serve. I drank 2 so fast without even realizing it. This restaurant is the definition of 5 stars. Oh, and even if you don't have to go, go to the bathroom. One of the cleanest and most impressive in Budapest.
Amazing place! Strongly recommended this place! Very large portions, the food comes very fast, very tasty and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant is making you feel that you are in Greece even if you are in the middle of Budapest.
The food is just simply delicious. The Harsanyi wine was some of the best we’ve had. Service was pleasant, quick, and attentive- actually the service was impeccable from the plate delivery to the complimentary Ouzo . Located on the corner so they have really nice views of the city, it’s bridges, and the mountainside. Very relaxing and lovely place to enjoy a meal.
Wonderful ambiance excellent food, staff was extra ordinary courteous and pure Greek food and even drinks like mythos beer and all. We were in love with this place as soon as we entered and highly recommend. Very clean excellent washrooms hygiene is extremely maintained.
Food was absolutely lovely, not too expensive either. Only downside was the music was pretty loud and got a bit annoying. Apart from that, really awesome place. Decor was brilliant too. The waiters gives the ladies a flower at the end of their meal too, which is a lovely touch. Highly recommend ️
Great service who fulfill every extra wish with an attention to detail. Our food was well prepared and came quick, with free appetizers at the beginning. The lavatories are especially clean and well stocked. I'd recommend Dionysos for dates, casual dining and family gatherings.
