Excellent service! We just used p-airbus from and to the Budapest airport and their service was impeccable. I had to change hours and address for the pickup spot and they came on time. The vans were very modern and clean and a little complaint is one driver had a very limited knowledge of English. But the other pickup driver was the best employee we encountered in 5 days in Budapest. Very professional and with a smile. Thanks for a great service and we definitely recommend p-airbus at least in Budapest!

We waited for over an hour in the car park, there was nowhere to sit (my mother is in her seventies) and it was 35 degrees with no shade. When the bus finally arrived we were told it wasn't ours and we had to wait for another one. It would have been much quicker and easier (and probably cheaper) to have either taken a taxi or a public bus. I struggle to see the benefits of this service.

It is a horrible and very risky service. You might miss your flight if you book this service. I booked pick up from your door service. I waited for 40 minutes in front of my door and the bus arrived. The most annoying part is that I called the contact numbers on their websites and the e-ticket numerous times but noone picks up the phone. It is a risky and unreliable service.

Watch out, it's a complete scam. There is no p-airbus stop, no indication, no information point, nobody waiting for you. They say to wait in a parking but you feel you are going to be alone forever. There is a local bus which takes you to the city for half the price and starts every 10 minutes.

Awful service. We sat at the ‘bus stop’ (which is just a car park payment point, and when I say ‘sat’ I mean on my suitcase as there were no benches) for over an hour in hot weather. During this time, one driver came and said he could take some passengers only to then change his mind. When the second driver came he nearly refused to take us as he said our transfer was earlier (whereas we had been sat there waiting for over an hour). Another passenger tried to contact the office but could not get through. He eventually decided to take us although did refuse another pair, and feared for my life with the driver driving rather eratically. It may have been rush hour but the drive to the hotel took even longer as the driver decided to also do pick ups along the way. As this service was so unreliable and appalling, we decided not to use it on our return journey home as we had a very early flight and did not want to risk being late to the airport. Paid extra for a taxi but would have rather done this and miss a flight. Dreadful service.

----------->>> WARNING: YOU ARE MIGHT GETTING IN TROUBLE HIRING THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought the transfer together with the Wizz flight tickets and waited until receive the confirmation in the e-mail, but no confirmation arrived and all the phones in their website don't work, I couldn't reach them. When they finally answered my e-mail, they said that my payment failed, since I payed for the transfer together with the ticket, I had the flight ticket, but not the voucher to take the transfer. Totally mess. Until now we don't know if we will be able to get a refund.
