I ordered Hyderabad Dum ( Chicken Biryani) and they sent Prawns biryani. I called the restaurant to inform the same and I am allergic to prawns, the guy said that the order is correct and Hyderabad Dum biryani means prawns. It’s ridiculous that people who works there have no idea about the Menu. I emailed NetPincér with images and my order history and they talked with the leader of the restaurant and they were not ready for compensation or not even sorry about this. I would never order from the place and will not recommend this place at all. Zero customer service and the food was extremely spicy.

The food was fine, but they didn't serve tap water even if the sink was right behind the counter and when asked the food to be packaged they provided the package only and asked the customer to put the food to the package for herself.

A nice, no frills, spot for a quick lunch. Can get busy at times, but the food's pretty good. Everything's out, ready for serving. Breads cooked freshly, on demand. Sides (Onion bhajis, Samosa) are cold. But, for a quick Indian, it's worth a visit.
