Compocity is a tool for urban people to be involved in the change with easy everyday steps. We developed an indoor composter with special micro-organisms to shaping an ecological cycle for cities. Composting needs to have cared a lot of citizens has no garden or even a balcony, but then what they can do without possibility and knowledge? We would like to help in both with this smart bin that takes care of its processes completely electronics-free. We are involved in shaping the nutrient cycle. In addition to reducing household waste, we create compost material and a kind of organic liquid, all automated. Our job is to "just" put in the waste, and the device - Compocity the city's smart green bin - is making the products out of it. An application completes the bin with gamification features to educate and entertain people at the same time, while we can monitor the quality of the compost and improve the processes.
